• Master's thesis in the field of computer physics in the Institute of Nuclear Physics (IFJ Bronowice) on application of optimisation methods in matching parameters of an optical model  of an atomic nucleus with experimental data (Fortran – CYBER)
• Work/ a dissertation in the IMGW centre for reception and processing of satellite data concerning/on recognition of cloud shapes on satellite photos with the method of moments (Fortran – ODRA)
• 1979–2004 work in the industry – as a programmer, designer, analyst continued search for a shape recognition algorithm as a hobby
